Carah Koch , Federal Program Officer (WI), with the U.S. Department of Commerce will provide an overview of the various broadband programs in the BIL, and offer available updates surrounding the funding allocation. A representative from the Public Service Commission (PSC) will discuss PSC's current actions as well as how they intend to approach utilization of the federal funds when they become available.
