2009 Salary Survey Report
The results of the 2009 Salary Survey are available. Surveys from past years are also available for reference.
Wisconsin Public Sector Salary Survey
The Wisconsin Public Sector Salary Survey offers state-wide public sector pay data via a custom reporting online tool. Endorsed by WCMA, the survey includes over 50,000 Wisconsin public employees in 280 job classifications and has proven to be a valuable resource for preparing budgets and making pay policy decisions.
The Wisconsin Public Sector Salary Survey offers a variety of features designed to provide a more user-friendly and meaningful display of data including:
- Comprehensive - Reports include hourly rates, type of pay program, number of incumbents, union status, shift differentials, longevity pay, and retirement contributions.
- Current - As pay data is entered, reports are updated daily to include the new information.

- Participation is Free - Participation in the survey does not obligate you to purchase access to reports.
- 90 Day Free Trial - If your organization is new to the survey you can take advantage of full access to the salary survey database free for 90 days.
